The meeting

" Okay, but if I don´t get the money within two days you´ll pay. " The owner says and writes a letter.

"do not worry, after all the Nightdawn are rich and we always pay those who serve us."

" And your name is? " The owner asks.

"Artemis Nightdawn." Artemis says "could you now please lead me to my room?"

" Wait a sec... " The owner says and finishes the letter.

" So, this way. " The owner says, and walks upstairs.

Artemis follows him quietly

" Here, number 22. " He says and opens the door.

"Nightdawn Incorporatedis grateful for your services." Artemis says and enters the room ((won't the owner react if he hears a famous name as the Nightdawn?))

(( I have no idea how he would react anyway.... ))

" You´re welcome. Is there anything you ne- Oh yeah, the wine. I´ll get it for you. " The owner says and runs down, however not so quickly becaus of his age.

((surprised?))

Artemis sits down on a chair and leans back

Soon the owner returns with a bottle of wine in his hand.

" Wait, did you say Nightdawn? " He asks, handing over the bottle.

"yes." Artemis says and takes the bottle

" So, what brings you here then? " He asks.

"work, negotiatons with Shin-Ra." Artemis says and pours some wine into a glass

" Ah. WHy did they just run into this tavern with no warning? " He asks, sitting down on a chair.

"the negotiatons didn't go too well." Artemis says and takes a sip

The owner laughs.

" I noticed, anyway, is there anything else you need? " He asks.

"do you know a secret way out from the city? Being the owner of a bar this popular you must hear all sorts of things."

" Secret and secret, I know where the Shin-Ra will look for you and where they won´t. Just keep yourself either where it is much people, or in dark allies. But the dark allies can have all sorts of creatures inside. I don´t think they´d look on rooftops if they don´t have a helicopter, but only travel there at the night or else you´ll get lots of attention. " He says.

"thanks, it's my first time in Midgar." Artemis says

" Is it? Well, Shin-Ra soldiers could be everywhere just so you know. " The owner says.

"I think i could handle them." Artemis says and glances at his sword

" Yeah, but if they really see you as the enemy, you should get out of the city if they send SOLDIER at you. So be glad Sephiroth isn´t with them anymore. " The owner says.

"the great Sephiroth, a betrayer, i would like to meet him." Artemis speaks to himself

" Oh no you don´t, if he´s alive that is. The news wrote he died, but I have heard rumors. " He says.

(( I spelet så säger Barret eller Tifa(tror jag) att de läste i en tidning att han dött, men eftersom tidningen var av Shin-Ra kunde man inte lite på den. ))
